Viewing Events & Results

How to browse events, follow competitions, and read bracket and standings results.

This guide is for participants and spectators who want to track events and results in Paddles Up.

Browsing events

After signing in, the Home screen shows all events you have access to. Each event card shows:

  • Event name and organizing club
  • Date and location
  • Number of participants and competitions

Tap or click an event to open its detail view.

The event detail page

The event detail page is the main hub for an event. It shows:

  • Participants — Everyone registered for the event
  • Competitions — All divisions running within the event (e.g., Mixed 4.0, Men's Open)

Tap a competition to see its teams, phases, and results.

Following a competition

A competition's detail page shows all the teams entered and all phases. The active phase (the one currently being played) is highlighted.

Bracket phase

The bracket view shows the full tournament draw across all rounds. Each card in the bracket shows:

  • The two teams playing
  • The scheduled time and court (if set)
  • The score (once entered)
  • The winner (highlighted)

Swipe left and right (or use the round tabs) to navigate between rounds. The final round shows the champion.

Group play phase

The group play view shows each group's round-robin schedule and a live standings table.

The standings table ranks teams by:

  1. Win percentage
  2. Head-to-head record
  3. Point differential

Tap a group to see its full match schedule and scores.

Finding your own matches

If you're a participant in an event, your matches appear throughout the bracket and group views. Your team's name is highlighted so you can quickly find where you are in the draw.

To get a full view of all your competitions and teams within a single event, look for your name in the participants list — your competitions and phases are listed there.

Checking in

If the event has check-in enabled, your check-in status appears on your participant record. Check-in is typically managed by event staff on the day of the event.
