Managing Trainees
Review access requests and manage your roster of trainees.
Trainees must be approved before they can book sessions with you. Manage your roster in the Trainees tab on your trainer dashboard.
Review access requests
When a trainee submits a request from your public booking page, it appears in your Trainees tab as a pending request.
- Go to the Trainees tab.
- Find the request in the pending queue.
- Review the trainee's name and any message they included.
- Click Approve to add them to your roster, or Decline to reject the request.
Approved trainees can immediately book sessions from your public booking page. Declined trainees are not notified automatically — you may want to reach out separately if appropriate.
View a trainee's sessions
Once a trainee is on your roster, you can view all sessions and bookings associated with them:
- In the Trainees tab, click on the trainee's name.
- You'll see their upcoming and past sessions with you.
Add a trainee directly
You can add a trainee to your roster without requiring them to submit a request:
- In the Trainees tab, click Add Trainee.
- Enter their email address or look them up by name.
- Confirm — they'll be added to your roster immediately and can start booking.
Remove a trainee
If you need to remove a trainee from your roster, open their profile in the Trainees tab and select Remove. This does not cancel any existing bookings — cancel those separately from the Bookings tab if needed.
