Managing Availability
Set your working hours and availability schedules so trainees can book you.
Availability determines which time slots appear on your public booking page. Configure it in the Availability tab on your trainer dashboard.
Set your working hours
Working hours define the days and times you're available each week.
- Go to the Availability tab.
- For each day you work, toggle it on and set your start and end times.
- You can add multiple time blocks per day (e.g., morning and afternoon).
- Save when done.
The working hours you set here are used to generate bookable slots on your public booking page, based on the duration of each session type.
Create an availability schedule
Schedules let you maintain different working hours for different periods (e.g., summer vs. off-season).
- In the Availability tab, find the Schedules section.
- Click New Schedule and give it a name.
- Set the working hours for this schedule.
- Assign a date range if it applies to a specific period.
You can have multiple schedules and switch between them as needed. The active schedule drives the slots shown to trainees.
Block specific dates
To mark a day as unavailable without changing your weekly schedule:
- In the Availability tab, find the Date Overrides section.
- Select the date you want to block.
- Save the override.
All slots on that date will be hidden from trainees, regardless of your working hours.
