Managing Session Types
Create, edit, and archive the session offerings trainees can book.
Session types define what you offer — the name, duration, and capacity of each kind of session. Manage them in the Sessions tab on your trainer dashboard.
Create a session type
- Go to the Sessions tab.
- Click New Session Type.
- Fill in:
- Name — e.g., "Private Lesson", "Group Clinic", "Video Review"
- Duration — how long the session runs (in minutes)
- Capacity — maximum number of trainees per session (use 1 for 1-on-1)
- Save.
The new session type will appear on your public booking page immediately.
Edit a session type
- In the Sessions tab, find the session type you want to update.
- Click to open it and make your changes.
- Save.
Changes apply to future sessions only — existing bookings are not affected.
Archive a session type
Archive a session type when you no longer want to offer it. Archived types:
- No longer appear on your public booking page
- Cannot be used to create new sessions
- Retain all existing sessions and bookings for historical reference
To archive:
- Open the session type.
- Click Archive.
Archived session types can be restored later if needed.
Scheduling sessions
Session types are templates — you still need to create individual sessions from them to open specific time slots for booking.
See the Bookings tab to create sessions, add trainees directly, or let trainees self-book from your public page.
